hey everyone its been a hard year but im back on my feet and doing good i just
got a new compaq laptop and i want to play! im going to install et in a few hours
am i going to have any problems with windows 7 ? any tips on laptop game play i know ima need a plug in mouse touch pad would probably suck |

Desmo, glad to hear from you again. I have always used a laptop. I have a wired mouse (after my wireless mouse died) and I use a wireless connection. Not the best configuration but you get used to the lag.
For some reason though, here lately I have had issues with ET lagging real bad after about a half hour of playing. It skips and freezes with big yellow bands going across the lagometer. I can't figure out what is though.

just tried playing i had problems at first then i ran et as admin and it worked . wow this new laptop is sweet im used to playing on my old 2004 pc this 2010 compaq is way different no lag my fps was very high and smooth and i had 3 other programs running and still no pc lag . trying to play with the touch pad sucked but i will get a usb mouse . i lost all my old files but i will make some new ones rabb i need my old cfg! |

Heh, I've had no issues with W7 and ET...except for shadow textures not drawing...but I blame that on terrible ATI drivers.

I was going to see if you had my old rabb cfg with the mob style selectors but I finally got a wired mouse for this thing and played last nite and it was so smooth and fast with any fps I wanted and no lag in a fight that I dont need a cfg but do you have any old selectors then I can change the files I just forget how to type one up |

bind F9 "class c 1 1;say_team ^f#^fCovert"
It's pretty self explanatory. the letter represents your class, the number after the letter represents the weapon. IE, look at the engineer. E 1 SMG, E 2 Rnade.

thats cause bunker been offline for a month or two every time we try to conect server dont work. its been stuck on radar for weeks i love bunker but it needs blackwolf back |
